• 3/4 oz Rum (Captian Morgan’s)
• 3/4 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• Top with Champagne
• Crushed Ice
Highball glass
Fill a cocktail shaker with Ice. Add liquor and Pineapple Juice. Shake and serve in glass. Top with champagne.
