Instructions
Pour Canadian Rye Whiskey, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Sweet Vermouth and Bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes. Stir ingredients together to chill. Strain over fresh Ice in a Cocktail Glass, add an Orange twist, and serve.
