• 1 1/2 shot Mezcal
• 1 shot Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 part Orange Juice
• 1 part Grapefruit Juice
• Half Fill Glass Ice Cubes
• Float 1 part Soda Water on top

Instructions
Half fill glass with Ice. Pour all ingredients into the beaker of a cocktail shaker apart from the Soda. Mix gently. Pour into glass. Take one fresh Lime wedge, squeeze and drop in. Add Soda to top. Serve with stirrer and straw.
