Ingredients List

• 2 oz Tequila
• 1 tsp Honey
• 6 dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• Soda Water

Recommended Glass

Instructions

Combine the Tequila, Honey, Orange Bitters, Egg White and Lime Juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes. Shake vigorously, and strain into a Collins Glass filled with Ice Cubes. Fill with Soda Water, garnish with a slIce of Lime, and serve.
