• 1 oz Madeira
• 1 whole Egg
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 3/4 Collins Glass Milk
Collins Glass
Shake all ingredients well with cracked Ice and strain into a Collins Glass. Sprinkle Nutmeg on top and serve.
