• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
• 1 tsp Confectioner’s Sugar
• 1 Egg
• Soda Water

Instructions
Pour the Gin, Lemon Juice, Grenadine Syrup, Confectioner’s Sugar and Egg White into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked Ice. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with Ice Cubes. Fill with Soda/sparkling Water. Stir well, and serve.
