• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Cream of Coconut
• 1/2 Collins Glass Crushed Ice

Instructions
Combine Captain Morgan’s Rum, Cream of Coconut and Pineapple Juice in a blender with Crushed Ice for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a goblet and garnish with a Pineapple spear, if desired.
