• 1 1/2 oz Scotch
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Benedictine
• 1 twist of Lemon Peel
Cocktail Glass
In a Mixing glass half-filled with Ice Cubes, combine the Scotch, Vermouth, and Benedictine. Stir well. Strain into a Cocktail Glass. Garnish with the Lemon twist.
