• 1/4 shot Creme de Cacao
• 1/2 shot Black Currant Cordial
• 2 shots Sweet & Sour
• 1 shot Pineapple Juice

Instructions
Build in a shaker with cubed Ice. Pour in Jack Daniels, Creme de Cacao, Black Currant and the Sweet & Sour. Shake well and strain into Iced Collins Glass. Pour over the Pineapple Juice and then place shaker over glass and shake hard once up and down. Remove shaker and enjoy the froth on top!
