• 1 oz Jagermeister
• 1 oz Stroh 60 Rum
• 1/2 oz Lapponia Lakka cloudberry Liqueur
• 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
• 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Egg
• 2 oz Apple Juice

Instructions

Rudolph’s Nosebleed (also spelt . Rudolf’s Nosebleed. “) is best served when already intoxicated. In Finland where it was invented it is normally drank on Christmas eve awaiting Santa’s arrival but nonetheless can be drank all year round.Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 20 seconds and serve over Ice in rocks or Old Fashioned Glasses.”
