• 2 oz Applejack® Brandy
• 1 ozfresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Confectioner’s Sugar
• 4 dashes Orange Bitters
• Soda Water

Recommended Glass

Instructions

Pour the Applejack® Brandy Brandy, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Orange Bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked Ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled Collins Glass. Top with Soda Water, to taste, and serve.
