This fresh and tangy drink was invented by Rich D of Chicago, Illinois. The name was inspired by popular Japanese anime OAV Rurouni Kenshin when Kenshin meets Tomoe for the first time on a rainy night. Pour 2 oz Vodka into glass, add 4 oz Snapple® Elements: RAIN Energy Drink, and top it off with a splash of Cranberry Juice to give it that bloody Water look. Optional: serve in an oriental Tea bowl and garnish with a paper parasol for thematic appeal.
