• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 twist of Lemon Peel

In an Old Fashioned Glass, dissolve the Sugar in a few drops of Water. Almost fill the glass with Crushed Ice. Add the bourbon. Stir well and garnish with the Lemon slIce.
