Ingredients List

• 1 1/2 oz Applejack® Brandy
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 oz Apple Juice
• 6 oz Club Soda

Recommended Glass

Instructions

Pour the Brandy, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Sugar and Apple Juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes. Shake well. Strain over a few Ice Cubes in a Collins Glass. Add Club Soda, and serve.
