This drink, Black Allocation, became popular in Toronto, created by Dr. Meshie. She was inspired one day by one of her best (and very allocated) friends, Dr. P-Diddy, and Mixed three of her favorite ingredients – those being Jack’s, Kahlúa® , and Limes. The drink was an instant success and spread nationwide as a result. Build shooter; take it to a random table; shoot in front of strangers. Can use Lime wedge for Lime flavor in place of Bar Lime Mix.
