Invented by Jason Mercer at a party in Perth West Australia August 2008. I couldn’t make a cocktail from the recipe book and the host asked me to invent one At the end of the party people were lining up for this one and so I had to give it a name.Put in the Vodka and Strawberry liquor first. This will give a washed out reddish look like blood Mixed with Water. Then put in the Baileys carefully. The different viscosity of the Vodka and Strawberry liquor keeps the Baileys suspended in the middle like an organ in a jar.
