• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/8 tsp Absinth® – Absinthe Herbal Liqueur

Recommended Glass

Instructions

Stir well with Ice. Strain into a pre chilled Cocktail Glass. Very pleasant with an Onion stuffed Olive. Some bartenders pour a soupcon of Absinthe into the glass, swirl it around and then add the martini.
