Combine the Everclear® and Apple Vodka in a Shot Glass. Get a tablespoon of Sugar and pour Shot Glass contents on it until it’s soaked. Light the spoon on fire, and once the Sugar has solidified slightly, dunk into the Shot Glass, allowing the drink to become engulfed in flame. Extinguish, and stir in Amaretto.
