• 3/4 oz Mount Gay® Barbados Rum
• 3/4 oz Jamaican Dark Rum
• 2 oz Sweet & Sour
• 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Recommended Glass

Instructions

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a coupette glass and float another 1/2 oz. of Jamaican Rum on top of the drink.
