Ben Schiller/Tyler Raphael created it at The Delta Lion Pub in North Delta British Columbia, Canada. Only ever heard of it poured and enjoyed at the Delta Lion. It is very good, it looks like a Popsicle and tastes like one too! it’s named after Kelly Kapowski, the character from Saved By The Bell. Split the 12 oz. bottle of Smirnoff Ice between 3 Pint Glasses. Pour 1 oz. of Blue Curacao into Shot Glasses for each pint. Take the shot of Blue Curacao and DROP it into the pint of Smirnoff Ice. Drink and enjoy!
