This cocktail is served at The Vortex in Atlanta. Other versions at other bars use Pernod® LicorIce Liqueur and White Creme de Menthe, but this is the real thing. A gorgeous emerald green beauty that will kick your associate a martini glass with a few drops of Green Creme de Menthe. Put six Ice Cubes into a cocktail shaker and add the liquor. Shake to chill and strain into the martini glass.
