Ingredients List

• 2 oz White Rum
• 1 ozfresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 3 – 4 oz Club Soda

Recommended Glass

Instructions

Stir Lemon Juice, Sugar and 2 oz of Club Soda together in a Collins Glass. Fill the glass with cracked Ice. Add Rum. Top with Club Soda, and stir. Garnish with a Spiral of Orange or Lemon Peel, and serve.
