Combine Vodka, Clamato Juice, Horseradish, Lime Juice, Celery Salt, Worcestershire Sauce and Hot Pepper Sauce in a cocktail shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass half-filled with Ice Cubes. Top with cracked black Pepper, garnish with a squid and serve.
