You can do this in 2-oz plastic Collins Glasss. Combine hot Water and Jell-O until dissolved. Mix together cold Water, Pineapple Juice, Seagrams 102 Proof Vodka into the Jell-O Mix and stir. Slowly add the wine cooler into Mix. Place one Pineapple chunk in each 2 oz plastic Collins Glass and fill each one with the Jell-O Mix. Place lids on them and put in fridge until set or over night.
