• 8 medium-size Mint leaves
• 1.5 tbsp Simple Syrup
• 1.5 oz Bourbon
• 1/4 tsp Angostura® Bitters

Instructions

In electric blender, blend on high for a few seconds, until leaves are reduced. Strain into silver tumbler packed with shaved Ice, add more Bourbon to saturate the Ice, garnish with a sprig of Mint.
