Brooklyn Brine is all about using local resources. So when they found Finger Lake Distilling wasn’t too far from their home base there was only one thing to do; spike their pickles! Each jar has large Kirby cucumbers packed into a brine that’s smoothed out with a husky note of McKenzie rye whisky. Crunchy, snappy, and slightly smoky, these will change the way you look at pickles.
