This listing is for a quantity of one hinge. This high quality hinge is commonly used for swinging doors to allow them to swing in both directions and return to a center position. Typically installed in pairs, either two or three hinges per door. Two hinges per door will hold a door up to 60 lbs and 2’wide door. Three hinges per door will hold a door up to 75 lbs. and 2’2″ (26″) wide. The finish is a beautiful Oil Rubbed Bronze. We also offer other finishes. Complete installation instructions are included.
