The better the Ice Cream you use for this recipe, the better it will turn out. I recommend using either Bryer’s or Häagen-Dazs. Also, try using the new Green Creme de Menthe Mint or Caramel flavored Baileys Irish Cream. Cheers! Using a blender, scoop in the Ice Cream. Then add the 3 oz of Baileys, and the splash of Milk or Cream. Put lid on the blender, and blend until smooth and Creamy. Pour into frosty pint glass or frosty mug, serve with a spoon and/or straw.
