• 2 tsp Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
• 4 oz Green Creme de Menthe
• 2 ozwhipped Heavy Cream
• 1/4 tspgrated
• Bittersweet Green Creme de Menthe

Recommended Glass

Irish Coffee Collins Glass

Instructions

Pour the Rum, Bourbon, Galliano® Herbal Liqueur and Green Creme de Menthe into an Irish Coffee Collins Glass or glass. Spoon the Cream carefully so that it floats on top of the drink. Garnish with grated Green Creme de Menthe shavings, and serve.
