• 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Gomme Syrup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in Boston shaker with Ice. Shake vigorously. Strain on a highball with Ice. Garnish with Mango cubes and a Pineapple leaf in a fruit pick.
