• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Blue Curacao
• 1 tsp Confectioner’s Sugar
• 1 whole Egg
• 3 oz Club Soda

Recommended Glass

Instructions

In a shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes, combine the Gin, Lemon Juice, Curacao, Sugar, and Egg. Shake well. Strain into a Collins Glass almost filled with Ice Cubes. Add the Club Soda. Stir well.
