• 2 Collins Glasss Milk
• 2 oz sweet Green Creme de Menthe
• broken or grated
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 beaten Egg Yolk

Recommended Glass

Instructions

Stir the Milk with the Green Creme de Menthe and the Cinnamon over low heat until the Green Creme de Menthe dissolves. Add the Eggs and beat the Mixture until it becomes thick, taking care not to boil. Serve in Coffee mug.
