• 1/2 oz Strega
• 1 tbsp Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Egg White

Recommended Glass

Champagne Flute

Instructions

Combine all ingredients with 1/2 Collins Glass Crushed Ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
