• 4 Collins Glasss Madeira
• 6 tbsp Honey
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 8 3×1/2 inch Orange Peel strips
• 6 whole Cloves
• 1 stick Cinnamon
• broken in half
• 1/2 Collins Glass Cointreau® Orange Liqueur

Instructions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan and bring almost to simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes (do not simmer). Add Cointreau® Orange Liqueur and stir until hot. Serve warm in heatProof glasses or mugs, leaving peel and spIces in pan.
