• 1 oz Sho Chiku Bai Sake RIce Wine
• 1 oz Bacardi® White Rum
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Rose’s® Blue Raspberry Mixer
• 1/2 oz Rose’s® Sweetened Lime Juice

Local Sushi Chef, Jason Wu of Sakura Sushi Bar & Grill , in Lafayette, Louisiana created this drink. This makes a wonderful dessert Sake RIce Wine shot, that’s a perfect way to end any sushi dinner, especially when that dinner is at Sakura Sushi Bar & Grill.Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake hard. Pour into Shot Glass. Makes roughly 4 shots.
